Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping through US MAIL Priority Mail.  Orders will be shipped same day or on the next business.  If shipments are lost during shipment, GunShelf.com will replace missing items. If shipment is declared as "delivered" by the designated shipper, GunShelf.com is not responsible for missing property.  If delivered property is missing, it is an issue between the buyer and shipping service selected.

Returns & Replacements

If you're not happy, we're not happy! At GunShelf.com, we aim to please, so if you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better!

• All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us. 
  
  
• Please call or email to let us know when to expect the returned product. Customer must pay to ship the product back.
  
  
• After receiving the product we will issue the refund. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
  
  
• Refunds will be a check mailed by us upon receipt of the item.
